About kennel Wi-An-Wa

Our Golden Retriever Kennel, Wi-An-Wa, was officially registered with the Kennel Association in Warsaw in 2004 under registration number 3362/W.

We are based in Zieleniec, a picturesque village surrounded by the lush forests of the Bug Landscape Park,
just 80 km north-east of Warsaw. The natural beauty of this place is a daily inspiration for long hikes – always best enjoyed with four-legged friends at our side.

Dogs have always been a part of my family, but it took some time to discover the breed that truly captured my heart.
That moment came when I first met a female golden retriever at a friend’s kennel.
Her name was NIJA Gordius – and it was love at first sight. From that instant, I knew I had found the breed.

NIJA became the foundation of our kennel. She was not only a wise, devoted family member but also a patient, caring mother.
She taught us the joy of living with a golden retriever, and for that, I will always be grateful.

In 2005, NIJA blessed us with her first litter of seven puppies. Among them was Iwi – a courageous, spirited, and mischievous little girl who immediately stole my heart.
She was always the first to the food bowl, the first to bark, and full of character.

Over the years, our kennel has grown, but my admiration for golden retrievers remains the same.
Their beauty, intelligence, and even temper have completely transformed my life.
Their loyalty and devotion never cease to amaze me, and I cannot imagine a day without their wagging tails and gentle eyes.

Today, the kennel is co-managed by my daughter Monika, who shares the same passion and commitment.
In our breeding program, we focus on:

1. Health – the foundation of a happy life.

2. Personality – the heart of the breed.

3. Exterior – staying true to the golden retriever standard.

 

This order of priorities is intentional. Our goal is to raise puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and true representatives of the breed.
We carefully select loving and responsible homes for them, and we are always ready to provide lifelong advice and support to our puppy owners.

Because a golden retriever is not just a dog – it’s a loyal friend and family member.
